Thoughts:

On an empty stomach due to miscommunication on stocked breakfast foods. Left knee acting up a bit this afternoon. Maybe from conditioning yesterday.

    1. Everything goes through periods of not being right. Just slowly monitoring and working around or through fixes most injuries. Just have to communicate with your body- both listening and telling it what it needs to learn to handle.

      Then again, my left knee will never be *right*. Heh. Heh.
