On an empty stomach due to miscommunication on stocked breakfast foods. Left knee acting up a bit this afternoon. Maybe from conditioning yesterday.

ReplyDeleteEverything goes through periods of not being right. Just slowly monitoring and working around or through fixes most injuries. Just have to communicate with your body- both listening and telling it what it needs to learn to handle.
